I thought this picture was pretty cute. We all came in from the 75 mile ride to Van Horn, took showers and were hanging out in the only shade we had....

Van Horn was a railroad town - a stop off at one time for the stagecoach. It's a nice little town with a large Dairy Queen...where a bunch of us went. Hot fudge sunday for me!!!
I saw that Verizon is not much on the Texas map on T.V. for the cell phone coverage.Oh well you get a break from your Ipad and have another glass of wine.When you get coverage again,could you describe a typical day of riding,things you do after the ride in camp,and how is tent life.Ride safe buddy.

I totally missed not reading your blog last night. I kept checking in. Glad it was Verizon and not a problem with you..altho I'm sure you must be exhausted by evening time. Thank God for the Dairy Queen!! Love your pictures.
